Bradford County looking to preserve more farms

Bradford County Agricultural Land Preservation Program has preserved more than 3,900 ares

Since 2001, the Bradford County Agricultural Land Preservation Program has allocated more than $3.3 million protecting farmland and our County’s agriculture future by preserving 16 farms totaling over 3,900 acres. (Wikimedia Commons)

TOWANDA, Pa. — Since 2001, the Bradford County Agricultural Land Preservation Program has allocated more than $3.3 million protecting farmland and our County’s agriculture future by preserving 16 farms totaling more than 3,900 acres.

Your farm could be next.

We are currently accepting new or updated applications until Jan. 31. Program requirements and application can be found on our website at www.bccdpa.com/farmland-preservation.
