STOCKTON, Mo. — University of Missouri Extension and Back Forty Bison will be hosting a Bison Production Workshop on July 20th at Back Forty Bison 928 E Dade 68, Dadeville, Mo. 65635. The educational workshop will begin at 6:00 p. m. and involve a tour of the bison operation. Topics being covered will include:
- Bison handling and working facilities
- Bison Production and Management
- Economics of Bison Production
- Grazing and Nutrition of Bison Production
This program is free and open to the public. During the meeting there will be a meal with bison burgers provided by Back Forty Bison.
