WESTFIELD, Ind. — The big iron is back at this year’s Indiana Farm Equipment & Technology Expo. Equipment will be on display from Reynolds Farm Equipment, Bane-Welker, as well as others. Also on display will be a new Harvest International planter decked out with the latest and greatest in precision planting technology.

“This one is a 24-row, 30-inch bar,” says Eric Frank, President & CEO of Performance Ag in Frankfort, who will be bringing the planter. “It’s got liquid fertilizer on it, 2×2… It’s got pop up fertilizer, it’s got a lot more stuff including SpeedTube, Delta Force, and this one even has FurrowForce closing system on it. So, it’s got the best technology that is out there right now as far as planters can go and we’re excited to bring it to you.”

Performance Ag has more than just precision planting technology that will be on display at the Expo.

“Our main thing is we’re a Channel Seed dealer, we’re a really large precision planting dealer, we do a lot. We’re a J&M dealer, so we’ll be bringing some J&M stuff there. I know we’ve got a 390 SpeedTender seed tender. We’re the largest Thunder Creek dealer here in the central Midwest. So, we’re going to bring a lot of stuff in- Thunder Creek fuel trailers and some J&M stuff. And we have another spin off business to our performance powersports business, so we’re an E-Z-GO golf cart dealer as well as Spartan lawnmower dealer. So, we have two booths there this year and we’re just excited to come show people the new latest and greatest technology we have.”

Be sure to stop by and see Eric and the folks at Performance Ag in booths 127 and 506 at the Indiana Farm Equipment & Technology Expo Dec. 14-16 at Grand Park in Westfield. More info at indianafarmexpo.com.

Other pieces of farm equipment that can be seen on the show floor include: A John Deere DB60 Planter, John Deere 8RX, and a John Deere 612R Planter from Reynolds Farm Equipment that will also showcase their Agronomy John Deere Gator & mobile wash trailer. Plevna Implement will showcase a Fendt 942 Vario and Fendt 1162 MT tractors. The Bane-Welker display will feature  a wheel loader, mini track and wheel skid steer, mini excavator, Ashland Scraper, plus several attachments. Glasscock and Roudebush will also have large displays.
