MANKATO, Minn. — The Cultivating Resiliency for Women in Ag webinar series will present a special webinar on April 8 at noon CST. The webinar, “How to Manage When You and Your Family’s Lives Have Been Upended” will focus on the unique challenges women in ag face managing farms, ranches, family, and other work responsibilities during the COVID-19 response.
Rural mental health specialist Monica McConkey and agricultural education professor Amy Smith will join moderator and Extension educator Megan Roberts to discuss learning, working, and thriving from home during a spring planting season unlike any other. The session will also include Q&A.

The Cultivating Resiliency project, led by Doris Mold and Megan Roberts, brings together American Agri-Women, District 11 Agri-Women, University of Minnesota Extension – Women in Ag Network and the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center (UMASH).
