DUBUQUE, Iowa — Join us to explore fall’s iconic treat: apple cider! Apples Galore: Intro to Apple Cider Making will be held Tuesday, September 28 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Clarke University’s Catherine Byrne Hall.
Find out the best apples to use for all your apple treats, how to press your own cider, and taste fresh pressed cider with different varieties of apples. Special guest John Stierman from Steirman’s Orchard in Dubuque will also present on their orchard and apple variety and tree selection.
