Spend an evening at Consider Bardwell with the cheese maker, the herd manager, and the owners behind this historic cheese producing farm. Known for their famous “whale of a cheese,” Consider Bardwell has a long cheese filled history in the community, tour participants will get a behind the scenes look how the cheese is produced from pasture to plate. Split between Hebron NY and West Pawlet VT, this farm tour will be filled with goats, cheese, history, and good conversation!
