BELMONT, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Allegany County’s Agriculture Program welcomes you to join our Master Gardener’s for our Early Spring Gardening Day, held Thursday, March 12th, 2020 at Allegany’s Cooperative Extension located at 5435A County Rd 48 in Belmont. The event will begin at 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
This is great opportunity to for you to meet some of your local Master Gardeners, along with the engaging in early spring gardening practices. An active presentation and discussion will be held with Allegany County’s Master Gardeners in preparation for the upcoming season. The presentation will begin with MaryLu Wells’, tricks of trade for an early start, followed by Steven Jakobi’s, starting seeds indoors and will be wrapped up with Deb Bigelow’s, creating your own plant mix. Recess will be held between each presentation with an opportunity for questions, beverages and snacks will be provided.
Pre-registration is required, without adequate amount of registrations on the RSVP date, the event will be cancelled. Cutoff date will be March 11, 2020.
