JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Agricultural Foundation is now accepting applications for the Agritourism Grant Program for capital improvements in public facilities to support promote and/or provide educational programming and tourism venues for Missouri agriculture. A competitive solicitation process will award 2017 agritourism funds to a grant proposal(s) that makes capital improvements in public facilities to support, promote and/or provide educational programming and tourism venues for Missouri agriculture.
“We are pleased that the Foundation can provide funds to support and advocate for agriculture in the state,” said Mike Johanning, President of the Missouri Agricultural Foundation. “Our expectation is that the creativity of Missouri’s agricultural community will result in many project proposals that will bring more attention to the importance of agriculture in Missouri.”
