OKLAHOMA CITY — “I had the opportunity to know and work with Terry Peach since 1993 when he was first named Oklahoma Farm Service Agency State Executive Director,” stated AFR Cooperative President Scott Blubaugh. “In the first conversation I ever had with Terry, he wanted me to know he wasn’t a bureaucrat or a politician. He was just a rancher from western Oklahoma, and he took the FSA directorship to help fellow farmers and ranchers solve problems. He stayed true to his mission and did his best to help solve those problems. He was a breath of fresh air for the Oklahoma agriculture community and our state is better for his service. It was an honor to serve on the AFR Cooperative Board of Directors with Terry and to have known him personally for so many years. We have certainly lost one of the good guys.”
