WASECA, Minn. — Yoga instructor Sarah Dickhudt from the Sun Moon Yoga Studios in Mankato is teaming up with Farmamerica and LR Acres of Cannon Falls for a yoga experience like none other. Farmamerica near Waseca is offering 4 sessions of Goat Yoga, a trendy outdoor activity for those who love animals, yoga, and the outdoors.
Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced yogi or just curious about the goat yoga phenomena, all are welcome! “This is an awesome opportunity to try out some yoga in a relaxed, outdoor setting! I am looking forward to sharing a fun, laid back class with attendees,” says Dickhudt, “Goats don’t worry about what humans think of them so this is the perfect opportunity to try out something new and not worry about what anyone else thinks!”
The $25 per session admission includes a 45-minute yoga session while friendly Nigerian goats visiting Farmamerica from LR Acres mingle next to you. There will be plenty of photo-worthy moments with each session including time for goat meet-and-greets and the optional tour of Farmamerica’s historic sites.
There are two evening sessions scheduled on Saturday, July 31 and then two morning sessions on Sunday, August 1.
Special thanks to Kwik Trip for providing each participant with a complimentary bottle of water and fresh fruit.
