PERRY, N.Y. — Join the Wyoming County Beekeepers for ‘A TASTE OF HONEY’ at the Hole in the Wall Restaurant on Monday Evening September 24 at 6:00 PM with Travis and Jacquie Barlow at 7056 Standpipe Road, Perry, NY.
Learn (and taste!) how Travis uses honey to create fabulous dishes both savory and sweet. Travis is well known for his unique and skillful use of farm fresh local fruits, vegetables, and other products in all types of dishes and drinks. Travis and Jacquie are wonderful hosts, and you will want to return to the Hole in the Wall again and again for their unique fare.
Also this evening Dr. Scott McArt, Professor of Pollinator Health at Cornell College of Ag & Life Sciences will speak regarding honeybee breeding and genetics.
