CONWAY, S.C. — Youth ages 9-13 are invited to attend Horry County 4-H’s water quality day camps this summer. 4-H20: Exploring the Waccamaw will be held June 21-23 from 8-12 at Cox Ferry Lake in Conway. 4-H20: Exploring the Inlet will be held July 26-28 from 8-12 at Huntington Beach State Park. Campers will learn about pollutants, watersheds, life in the water, dissolved oxygen, and much, much more! They will collect water samples for testing as well as dissect fish. The final day of camp will consist of boating safety and kayaking. Cost of camp is $45 per 4-H member or $55 for non- 4-H members (includes 4-H membership and t-shirt).
