UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Franklin County 4-H is pleased to announce that a Virtual Summer Camp Series will be offered for 8 weeks this summer! The camps will cover a variety of 4-H project areas including: entomology, forestry, citizenship, world travel, veterinary science, floral design, outdoor foods, and dairy foods. Certain age restrictions apply due to the content level provided. All ages are considered as of January 1, 2020.

June 22-26: BUGS, Ages 8-18
June 29-July 3: FORESTRY, Ages 8-18
July 6-8: CLOVERBUD CAMP, Ages 5-7
July 6-10: CITIZENSHIP, Ages 13-18
July 13-17: WORLD TRAVEL, Ages 8-18
July 20-24: VET SCIENCE, Ages 12-18
July 27-31: FLORAL DESIGN, Ages 13-18
August 3-7: OUTDOOR FOODS, Ages 8-18
August 10-14: DAIRY FOODS, Ages 8-18
All camps will involve hands-on activities that embrace the 4-H slogan, “Learn by Doing.” Campers will also have brief virtual meetings to share what they are learning. Registration is limited and on a first-come basis. The cost is $21 per child with unlimited access to attend as many weeks as desired. Contact Jess Howe at juk600@psu.edu to register by June 8.
