2022 CCE Erie County Master Gardener College Scholarship

All college-bound seniors who reside and attend school in Erie County are encouraged to apply

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be accepted by a recognized, accredited college or university in New York State to study horticulture, botany or a related field. Related fields may include but not limited to agriculture, entomology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, forestry, genetics, food technology, landscape design, sustainable agriculture, urban geography and urban planning. ERIE CO., N.Y. — The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County Master Gardener Program volunteers are pleased to announce the 2022 Cornell Cooperative Extension Erie County Master Gardener College Scholarship. All college-bound seniors who reside and attend school in Erie County are encouraged to apply.

To be eligible for the scholarship, students must be accepted by a recognized, accredited college or university in New York State to study horticulture, botany or a related field. Related fields may include but not limited to agriculture, entomology, environmental sciences, environmental engineering, forestry, genetics, food technology, landscape design, sustainable agriculture, urban geography and urban planning. The selected recipient will receive a one-time award of $1,000.00. Scholarship information and applications may be obtained at http://erie.cce.cornell.edu/gardening/annual-hs-scholarship

Deadline: Applications must be received by Thursday April 14, 2022 by 4:00 pm in the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office.
