WASHINGTON, N.C. — Our trial was located on Poole Farms (Trial Location: 35.496799, -76.726590) near Yeatesville. We planted the Late MG3, Early MG4, and Late MG4 tests on April 29th at 100,000 plants/acre. The remaining tests were planted on June 24th at 130,000 plants/acre. All tests were planted on 15 inch rows. The trials were planted in a field comprised of Portsmouth loam and a Tomotley fine sandy loam soils. Our trial design was a randomized complete block with four reps.
