GREELEY, Colo. — Don’t miss Dr. Frank Mitloehner’s keynote address “Rethinking Methane – Livestock’s Path to Climate Neutrality” at the 2021 CLA Annual Meeting on June 3 at 10:15am. Dr. Frank Mitloehner, Professor and Air Quality Extension Specialist, University of California, Davis, has done the research on the livestock industry’s contribution to climate change.
He is a professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of California, Davis, specializing in measurement and mitigation of airborne pollutants from livestock production, including greenhouse gases, VOCs, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and particulate matter.
Dr. Mitloehner joins CLA for a closer look at the claims against agriculture and what he says is the truth behind livestock production and climate change.
CLA’s annual meeting will be held June 2-3, 2021 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Greeley. Pre-register by May 27.
