EAST AURORA, N.Y. — The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County Master Gardener Program volunteers are pleased to announce the winner of the 2021 Cornell Cooperative Extension Erie County Master Gardener College Scholarship, Aubrey Gerhardt.
This scholarship is awarded to a student who plans to attend a recognized, accredited college or university to study horticulture, botany or a related field. Aubrey Gerhardt will graduate from Iroquois High School in June 2021 and plans to attend college in the fall studying Molecular Genetics to make crops and agriculture more economical and efficient.
The CCE Erie Master Gardener Program is pleased to continue its tradition of supporting a deserving college-bound student who is seeking to pursue a career in horticulture. Information on our 2022 scholarship will be available on our webpage early next year: http://erie.cce.cornell.edu/gardening
