MADISON CO., N.Y. — Dive deep into the heart of Madison County beef with the 2021 Beef Tour. Starting at 9:15am in Hubbardsville, this tour will give you an in-depth look at the O’Mara Farms Beef operation. Learn about their history, commercial and registered herds, genetics, pasture management, marketing program, facilities, finishing ration and nutrition & manure management.
There are three stops on the tour: the Commercial Cow/Calf Operation in Hubbardsville, the O’Mara Farms Storefront in Canastota and the Finishing Feedlot, also in Canastota. Travel to and between sites is the responsibility of the attendee. Space is limited to only 15 producers per county (Madison and Delaware). The fee is $10 per person and includes lunch by Sidehill Farmers featuring a roast beef sandwich from the farm.

If you would like to pay with a check, you can drop off your payment and fill out a registration form at CCE Madison located at 100 Eaton Street in Morrisville during normal business hours 8am-4pm. Please register by July 15th.
