OKLAHOMA CITY — For more than a decade the Oklahoma State Fair Scholarship Program has provided almost 200,000 to deserving and qualified Oklahoma high school seniors. The Oklahoma State Fair Scholarship exists to recognize the accomplishments of exceptional young people, encourage their continued education through higher learning and to assist them in their future educational endeavors. Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. is
committed to promoting education in Oklahoma’s future and assist in the cost of acquiring advanced education by providing a one-time scholarship of $2,500 to each recipient.
Eleven Oklahoma High School seniors were awarded a one-time $2,500 gift to be used toward future expenses incurred with the student’s attendance at a college, university, vocational or technological school.
Scholarship winners are selected based on overall scholastic performance, leadership, community service and Oklahoma State Fair involvement.
