The trade show will be open Tuesday, February 6 from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Wednesday, February 1 from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The Legislative Reception will be part of the Illinois Pork Expo again this year, taking place on the evening of February 6th on the tradeshow floor. This is free for all registered Expo attendees.
