SYRACUSE, N.Y.–On April 19, 2018, 9am to 5pm, in the Empire Room of the NYS Fairgrounds, New York State Assemblyman Al Stirpe, together with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County will host a 2018 Central New York Food Summit with the theme Improving Our Local Food System.
Whether you are a farmer, processor, distributor, community partner, educator, or policymaker – join us in Syracuse to connect with others in advancing our local food system in Central New York.
The Summit will consist of three panelist discussions on the topics of Food Distribution Models, the Emerging Brewing Industry, and Accessing New Markets. Through this collaborative effort, all sections of our local food system will be brought together for an opportunity to learn, connect, share, and collaborate.
